VGS relaunches Volkswagen Life and Skoda Smart apps

Volkswagen Group Singapore has announced the relaunch of both the Volkswagen Life and Skoda Smart Apps. The new apps will benefit customers, with their array of exciting new features, designed to deliver more convenience… All of this wrapped in new sleek modern user interfaces.

Along with the announcement of the app, VGS is also introducing a more streamlined service centre experience, where customers can effortlessly check in using a QR code.

Owners will also enjoy year-end promotions, commencing on Dec 1. These include a Miracle Makeover programme, where they can enjoy car resprays and bodywork repairs, with a five-year paint warranty, with prices starting at $2,800.

Other benefits include discounted Grooming Packages, with Volkswagen Group Singapore offering a $20 discount across the board. Grooming Packages are available from Dec 1, 2023, to Feb 10, 2024, with prices starting from $168.

Adding to more value, when customers service their vehicles, they will receive a complimentary pre-travel inspection check. They also can opt for a standalone inspection at a special rate of only $50 (up $128). This offer is extended to Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, and Cupra brands until Dec 31 this year.

Lastly, VGS has also announced Extended Roadside assistance coverage for Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, and Cupra brands.

Owners of post-warranty vehicles can now also benefit from the same all-encompassing extended roadside assistance package islandwide (excluding Jurong Island) as cars which are still under warranty. This also covers assistance an;d towing in Peninsular Malaysia.
