Just like most (some) activities in life, gaming is always (sometimes) better with friends. So for those of you who are already members of Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, you can now give up to five friends a free 14-day PC Game Pass trial so that they too can experience the benefits of this game subscription programme.

The free trial comes with all the benefits of PC Game Pass, including getting access to new titles from Xbox Game Studios on day one, an EA Play membership, and the biggest PC and mobile games on PC from Riot Games. On top of that, by linking your Riot Games account and Xbox profile, you will be able to unlock Agents, champions, little legends, XP boosts and more in Valorant, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra.

As a side note, invited friends must be new to Game Pass to redeem the free trial and they will have 30 days to redeem it. If they don’t redeem it, the trial will become available to share again after 30 days. Finally, your limit will also reset on Jan 1 each year, so you can gift the trial to new friends.

For new members checking out the service, the best place to get started is with the Xbox app on PC that allows you to browse games, play PC titles, and connect and chat with friends on devices.

Unfortunately, this referral programme is not available for those who are in Malaysia but if you want a steady stream of games play, you can subscribe to the PC Game Pass for RM15 a month. For those in Singapore, you can opt for the PC Game Pass at $9.99 a month or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at $13.99 a month.
